Question 1

How does Hopsmyth help with contractor quotes?

Accepted Answer

Hopsmyth helps you build a clear line-item quote with the work, quantities, unit prices, and optional tax shown before the customer sees the total. That makes the number easier to understand and easier to approve.

Question 2

What happens when I miss a customer call?

Accepted Answer

Hopsmyth is built to keep a missed call from becoming a lost job. The follow-up flow can send a helpful SMS so the customer can share details, request a quote, and keep moving while you are on another job or behind the wheel.

Question 3

Can Hopsmyth ask for a review after the job?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After a job is complete, you can send one simple review request to the customer using the review destination you set in Hopsmyth. The message keeps the ask short and includes a way for the customer to reply if they need support.

Question 4

What does Hopsmyth cost?

Accepted Answer

The founder offer is $19.99/month for the first 20 subscriptions, locked in for as long as you remain subscribed. After those founder spots are taken, standard pricing is $39/month. The plan includes a 14-day trial and no onboarding call.

Question 5

Can I try the quote calculator without signing up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The public calculator needs no signup. Choose a trade and job type, enter a US ZIP code or Canadian postal code, and get a pricing range before you start a trial. It is a quick way to see how Hopsmyth can frame the work for your customers.
